- The Citizens at Risk (C.A.R.) program is designed to allow residents who may be at a greater risk of becoming confused, lost, disoriented, or missing to be registered with the Oswego Police prior to an emergency. BearCat Pull
Beat the BearCat!
Friday, September 5, 2025 ~ 6:00 p.m.
Teams of 5 will have the chance to compete and see who can pull the 21,000 lbs OPD BearCat 75 feet in the fastest time! This event is part of the Public Safety Cadets Annual Car Show in beautiful downtown Oswego!
Each team must raise a minimum of $150 per team for a chance to beat the BearCat. Prizes awarded for the fastest time and best team costume.
All money raised goes to the Oswego Public Safety Cadets.
