Municipal Jail Lockup and Inspection Reports
Copies of our most recent inspection reports for the Oswego Police Department lockup facility are below. The Illinois Compiled Statutes [730 ILCS 5/3-15-2(b)] authorizes the Illinois Department of Corrections to inspect municipal adult lockup facilities and to make the results of such inspections available for public review. As such, the Oswego Police Department provides these inspection reports for your review.
