- The Citizens at Risk (C.A.R.) program is designed to allow residents who may be at a greater risk of becoming confused, lost, disoriented, or missing to be registered with the Oswego Police prior to an emergency. Oswego Police Hours
For Emergencies Call 9-1-1 Anytime. The Oswego Police Department Lobby and Records Department is open to the public for service from 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. They are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Day After Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day. There is a call button for police services in the vestibule if the lobby is closed.
