Tattoo and Body Piercing License 3-5-1 

It shall be unlawful for any person firm or corporation to maintain and operate a tattoo establishment, with or without body piercing, or a body piercing establishment without first having obtained a license.

Applications shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of $100.00.  All applicants, including individuals, partners, shareholders, members and managers shall submit fingerprints as part of the applications and shall each pay a $100.00 nonrefundable fee for processing.

The license fee shall be one hundred dollars $100.00 per year. All licenses issued shall be from January 1 to December 31, and the per annum fee for all renewal licenses shall be paid by December 15 each year.

Each licensee shall display a valid current license in a conspicuous place within the licensed establishment so that the same may be readily seen by persons entering the establishment.
