Additional Financial Information

Part of our job is to assist residents in understanding their local government's revenues and expenditures. We publish a number of reports and provide on-line resources for our citizens to see where the money is coming from and where the money is utilized.

The varied reports are to meet the various requirements of Illinois Revised Statutes and requests by citizens. Specific financial documents or transactions are available for viewing at Village Hall located at 100 Parkers Mill. Please make an appointment by calling the Village Finance Department at (630) 554-0864.

Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs)

The Capital Improvement Plan is updated annually and discussed in conjunction with the Annual Village Budget. The goal of the Capital Improvement Plan is to assist the Village Board and Staff in the long term financial planning of capital improvements.

Popular Annual Financial Reports

The Popular Annual Financial Report, previously called the Resident's Annual Financial Report, is an easy-to-read guide to the Village's annual revenues and expenditures, based on that year's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. It is designed to be accessible and to help residents and other members of the community understand the Village's financials. 


Long-term Financial Planning

The financial forecast predicts revenues and expenditures across all of the Village's funds based on current and anticipated trends.
