Permits
TO APPLY FOR A PERMIT: Please email permit application and supporting documents to bzinfo@oswegoil.org
To ensure you are compliant with all Village of Oswego Building and Permit regulations, follow the proper procedures and obtain the required permits when building, remodeling, and completing any of the following projects:

New Single/Multi Family Home Permit Application
New Commercial Building Permit Application
Construction Trailer Permit Application
Business Occupancy Permit Application
You are required to secure a Business Occupancy Permit if you are a new business, a current business changing your location, a current business changing your business name, or a current business changing ownership. If you require construction work to suit the needs of your business, please let us know prior to filling out this application. A different kind of permit may be required.

Sub-Contractor List
Contractor Registration is no longer required, however, the contractor's name and contact information is required on all permit submittals, along with State Licenses, if applicable.
