Orchard Road
OVERVIEW
Located on the west end of one of Chicagoland’s fastest-growing communities, Orchard Road is the up-and-coming commercial corridor. The corridor is currently anchored by Jewel Osco and the Whitetail Ridge Golf Dome with several new projects under construction. Several businesses have already made the move to Orchard so be sure to get in on the action now before the arrival of proposed commuter rail service drives up prices even further.

NEW BUSINESSES
Residential development has sparked considerable commercial development along the Orchard Road commercial corridor. Several new businesses have opened in the last few years alone including:
- Scooter's Coffee and Woodie's Wings opened in September 2025 as part of the new Gas N Wash development project.
- Gas N Wash opened in June 2025 after completing construction on a new fueling station, car wash, and QSR development at the northwest corner of Mill and Orchard Roads.
- Starbucks and Valvoline opened in January 2025 in an outlot just south of Jewel.
- Neat Kitchen + Bar opened a new full-service restaurant and bar in the shopping center at the northwest corner of Mill and Orchard in October 2024.
- Redwood Oswego opened 143 multi-family residential units near the southeast corner of Mill and Orchard in April 2024.
- Beef Shack opened in a shopping center in an outlot northwest of Jewel in January 2024.
INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Orchard Road remains prime for additional investment for retail, hospitality, restaurants, auto dealers, residential, and more. Some available site opportunities still remain along the corridor, but are not expected to last long.
