Cultural Arts Commission
The purpose of the Cultural Arts Commission is to:
- Establish, initiate, sponsor, organize, and promote cultural and artistic programs and services for the enrichment and enjoyment of the Oswego community.
- Build awareness of and participation in all the arts – visual, performing, and literary.
- Continually add to the established public art collection.
- Provide a diverse representation of superior quality artistic and cultural programs and events to serve all segments of the Oswego Community, thus enhancing the quality of life in Oswego.

Oswego Playhouse presents “Child’s Christmas in Wales” December 3, 4, 9, 10, 11
Join the Oswego Playhouse as they present “Child’s Christmas in Wales” by Dylan Thomas, directed by Daina Giesler and adapted by Jill Orr. It is the story of a boy’s favorite Christmas memories complete with silly aunts, crazy uncles, stupid cousins, a fire and snowball fights. All shows take place at 123 W. Christmas Walk – December 2 & 3, 2011
