Wolf's Crossing Public Meeting
The Village of Oswego is completing its work on the Phase I Engineering Study for Wolfs Crossing Road, and is conducting the third and final public information meeting on the project.
The public meeting and open house will be held on Thursday, Feb. 15, to provide residents with a project update and seek additional public input on the preferred alternative of the project.
The Wolf’s Road project includes approximately 4. 5 miles of roadway from U.S. Route 34 to Eola Road. For the past year and a half, the Village of Oswego and its contractor Schoppe Design Associates have been taking a comprehensive look at the transportation needs of the Wolf’s Road corridor, including an analysis of the existing roadway, safety and capacity issues, and future transportation needs.
The Public Meeting will be conducted in an open house format and interested people can visit anytime between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. Attendees will be able to listen to a narrated PowerPoint presentation, view exhibits, provide comments, and meet with the Village of Oswego study team members one-on-one to ask questions.
The public meeting and open house will be held from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15, at Oswego Village Hall, 100 Parkers Mill, Oswego, Illinois 60543.
