Reserve your spot for Free Willy at the drive-in July 30

The Village of Oswego’s retro drive-in movie experience is back. Join us Thursday, July 30, for a socially distanced outdoor movie experience featuring the classic Free Willy.

For just $5 per vehicle (plus applicable online ticketing fee), watch a classic tale of friendship and freedom next Thursday night at the Oswego Park N Ride lot on Station Drive. Plus, each vehicle will get a $5 gift certificate for a sweet treat at La Yummy Michoacana, 4530 Route 71, Oswego, upon arrival. Gates open at 7:30 p.m. and the movie begins at dark, approximately 9 p.m.

There are 50 spaces available for this event, and registration is open to Oswego residents on a first-come, first-served basis. Photo ID proving Oswego residency will be required at check-in.

Purchase one ticket per vehicle. A ticket is not required for each individual guest. Make space for the neighbors – one vehicle only per household, please. In the case of a sold-out event, email jhoffman@oswegoil.org and request to be added to the mailing list. You will be notified via email if a space opens up.

To ensure the best viewing experience for everyone, vehicles will be assigned parking based on vehicle size and whether or not the back hatch will remain open during the movie.
